Schedules of Dilapidation

Sussex Surveyors provides Schedules of Dilapidation reports to landlords where lists of defects are prepared at the end of the lease for service upon the tenants in accordance with the terms of the lease.

Our Building Surveying Team have the expertise to assess any claims for dilapidations for most types of commercial property. We prepare our Schedules of Dilapidations during the lease term for interim schedules and just prior to the expiration of the lease term or determination date for Terminal Schedules.
